Every home is scored 0–100 based on 112 signals — tenure, equity, household composition, size mismatch, life-event indicators, neighborhood turnover, and more. The model is re-trained weekly on your specific neighborhood, so accuracy improves the longer you hold the farm.
You can release a farm at any time, but your annual rate doesn't refund pro-rata. You can also swap farms once per year at no cost.
